Roman Holiday – Scoot to ITALY

½ part (20 ml) gin

½ part (20 ml) sweet vermouth

1 dash of lemon juice

Dry white wine

Shake the gin, vermouth, and lemon juice with ice and pour into a whisky glass. Add a dry white wine (Italian for an authentic “Roman Holiday” or French for a poolside aperitif) and garnish with lemon zest and a sprig of rosemary.

Pineapple Cooler – Fly to BRAZIL

85 g pineapple, diced

3 parts (130 ml) white wine

1 dash of lemon juice

Sparkling water

Place ingredients in a blender with 3 or 4 ice cubes and blend until smooth. Then, pour into a large cup and top up with sparkling water.

Pink Chevrolet – Take a road trip to the USA

55 g fresh strawberries

45 ml strawberry liqueur

1 dash of lemon juice

Champagne or sparkling white wine or sparkling rosé wine

Place strawberries, liqueur, and lemon juice in a blender with 3 or 4 ice cubes. Blend for 10 seconds, pour into a highball glass, and top up with champagne. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Maxim’s in London – Pop Over to the UK

45 ml brandy

¼ part (10 ml) Cointreau or triple sec

¼ part (10 ml) orange juice

Champagne or sparkling white wine

Combine brandy, Cointreau, and orange juice with ice in a mixing glass, then strain into a champagne flute. Top up with champagne and garnish with orange zest.

Rosé and Summer Fruits Sangria – Trek to SPAIN

1 bottle of rosé wine

Summer fruit: strawberries, raspberries, orange slices, mint leaves

Dash of lemon juice

Sugar cane syrup, to taste

Combine wine, summer fruits, and mint; add a splash of sugar cane syrup and a squeeze of lemon for balance. Chill in the fridge for a few hours, then serve in tall glasses over ice.

Red Wine Mojito – Cruise to CUBA

Mint leaves (10) + decoration

2 teaspoons sugar cane syrup

Juice of half a lime

100 ml red wine

Sparkling water

Gently muddle the mint leaves with the sugar cane syrup and lime juice. Add ice and red wine, then top up with sparkling water and stir lightly. Garnish with additional mint leaves.

Devil’s Margarita – Wander to MEXICO

45 ml tequila

30 ml lime juice

20 ml sugar cane syrup

15 ml red wine

Combine ice cubes, tequila, lime juice, and sugar cane syrup in a shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Using the back of the spoon handle, pour red wine onto the surface. Garnish with two small red chilies on the rim to resemble devil’s horns.
