Located in Saint-Laurent-Médoc, in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, our company has evolved in the wine industry for several generations.
Thanks to the experience acquired over many years with predominant wine growers (e.g., 90% of Medoc’s Top Ranked Growths), the specialized wine industry-related surveyor, in addition to his knowledge of the land, is used to analyzing and performing cadastral surveying and documentation as well as providing highly accurate and efficient surveying solutions and results.
We can perform all types of wine industry surveying to complete or facilitate the vineyard management analysis, such as:
- Drawing up georeferenced property plans based on GPS readings and cadastral documentation with identification of the various grape varieties, types of crops, and surfaces;
- Performing control and mapping surveys of planted vineyard areas registered on the Farm Return Sheet and extracted from the Computerized Vineyard Register (CVI in French) established by the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Taxes (DGDDI in French);
- Participating in reorganizing the cadastral boundary with the General Directorate of Public Finances (DGFIP) to facilitate the uprooting and planting declarations;
- Performing construction surveys, building set-outs, and contour surveys using 3D modeling scanners.
